- Each candle is carefully handmade & made to order so please allow us 3-5 business days for processing (priority processing option available at checkout). We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, but handmade items require time & dedication to ensure their quality. After processing items are shipped out from our studio and you can expect arrival 3-5 days (domestic) 10-15 (international) after shipment depending on your location. 

 

  • How long do your candles last?

- Our wickless candles have an average melt time of 75+ hours of scent. (Benefits of wickless candles)

- Our sculptural candles burn time depend on the size and type of candle.

 

  • What materials are your candles made from?

- Our candles are made from high-quality, natural soy wax and coconut apricot blends that are free from harmful chemicals. We also use 100% cotton wicks & premium fragrance oils for a clean aromatic experience.

 

  • Do you offer different sizes and scents?

- Yes, we offer a range of sculptural candles that come in various sizes. We also have a wide selection of custom blended scents you won't find anywhere else to choose from.

 

  • Are your candles safe to burn?

- Yes all our candles are throughly tested before reaching your home. Our candles are safe to burn when used according to the instructions provided in your package. We recommend always keeping candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets. It's also important to use a tray under sculptural candles and never leave a burning candle unattended.

 

  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

- Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk orders for businesses or individuals looking to purchase candles in larger quantities . Please contact us directly for more information and pricing.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

- Yes, we offer international shipping. However, please note that shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

 

  • Can I return or exchange a candle if I'm not satisfied?

- We take pride in the quality of our candles and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist you with returns or exchanges.

- To preserve the quality and scent of your candles, it's best to store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing candles in extreme temperatures or humid environments.
